KEY RESULT AREAS关键岗位职责
Demonstrate fulfillment of the country requirements and be duly authorized to practice medicine by the licensing authorities.

Provide documentation of medical license and proof of liability insurance that will be kept on file in the facility.
医疗执业及保险相关的资质证书材料应妥善保管在各个诊所
Serve as an active member of the facility Managing Team.

Attend and participate in meetings within Diaverum as requested
积极参加德瑞内部要求的各个相关的会议
Contribute to the development and maintenance of country clinical policies and procedures in adherence with Diaverum corporate clinical and local MOH requeired policies
根据德瑞的临床和当地卫生部门的要求，及时制定和更新临床医疗相关的规章制度和流程
Abide by the policies and procedures mandated by all appropriate governmental agencies, Diaverum, Chief Medical Officer (SVP – Medical) and local MOH.

Review Medical Staff credentials to ensure compliance with requirements for practice in a dialysis facility.
定期检查医务人员的资质以确保符合透析诊所临床岗位的上岗操作要求和规定
Serve as a liaison with hospitals and other providers of clinical service to Diaverum patients.
建立并维护为德瑞患者提供服务的相关医院和其他医疗机构的联系。
Review clinical and facility reports to ensure quality and compliance with Diaverum policy and all other appropriate regulatory agencies.
审查临床和诊所报告，确保质量和合规遵守德瑞和其他相关机构的规定。
Review reports from the Chief Medical Officer and the Corporate Medical Office to ensure the medical quality is carried out in the country according to the Diaverum standards

Communicate with the Clinic Medical Directors within the country to ensure that:

Identify possible medical deficiencies in the country and initiate appropriate measures in cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer and the Corporate Medical Office

Identify general and specific medical education opportunities in the country and communicate these to the Chief Medical Officer and the Corporate Medical Office

QUALIFICATIONS任职要求
Education教育背景
Registered physician (MD), and preferably PhD (or similar experience) in the field of medicine
持有现行有效执业医师证书(医学学位)，或类似经验
Specialization in Nephrology and Internal Medicine肾病学及内科专业
Attending or above professional title is plus 主治医师或以上职称者优先
Certified in BLS and preferably in ACLS 具有基础生命支持证书及高级心血管生命支持证书者优先
Experience 工作经验
Experience as physician: 5+ years within the field of nephrology 至少5年以上肾内科医生工作经验
5+years working experience in leadership role and management experience 5年以上管理经验
Business understanding 了解业务
Languages 语言
Good at written and spoken English, and Mandarin will be preferred 中英文熟练者优先
