Education & Experience学历与经验:
 Bachelor’s degree in field with 2+ years exp. OR
本科学历并且有2年以上相关经验，或者
 Master’s degree in field with 0-2 years exp.
硕士学历并且有0-2年相关经验

 Drive Quality improvement in production area
生产现场质量改进的推动
 Responsible for handling and determine Nonconformity products during manufacturing process.
处理生产和校准过程中发生的不合格品
 Responsible for nonconforming product handling and personnel capability monitoring for calibration process
针对计量实验室管理过程，负责不合格品处理、人员能力监控
 Design and Develop inspection process to cover incoming, in-process, final and package.
设计和开发检验流程包括来料检验，过程检验和最终和包装检验。
 Work with engineering team to define the quality control requirement.
和工程团队合作制定质量控制要求。
 Create product testing working instruction.
制定产品测试作业规范
 Responsible for review and approval of Device history record.
负责生产记录的审核和批准。
 Responsible for Quality Data analysis and report provide by weekly/monthly
负责提供周和月的质量数据分析
 Participate and supporting the external and internal Audit
参与并协助内外部审核
 Perform other work assigned by supervisor.
