 Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

 Major in Engineering background. Familiar with Multi-commodities like Metal, Plastic, Motion control, Electrical, Fluidic and optical related supply base. 工科背景专业，熟悉多种品类比如光、机、电和流体类产品的供应链。
 Experienced in supplier base management as sourcing leader, manage supplier performance in quality, delivery and cost. 具备供应商管理经验，可以胜任管理供应商质量，交付和成本等绩效管理指标
Business Expertise业务专业知识:
 Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
拥有最佳实践知识并知晓自己的领域与他人结合的方式；了解竞争以及让其在市场中脱颖而出的因素
Leadership领导力:
 Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

 Leads technical communications between R&D team and suppliers in related commodity, facilitates the identification and evaluation of new materials or technologies to cover current and potential BEC requirements,

Education & Experience学历与经验:
 Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years exp. OR
本科学历并且有5年以上相关经验，或者
 Master’s degree in field with 3+ years exp. OR
硕士学历并且有3年以上相关经验，或者
 Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years exp.
博士学历并且有0-2年相关经验
 Experience with Microsoft Excel/Power BI to create and manipulate spreadsheets and analyze data
熟练使用Excel/Power BI软件处理分析数据。

 Drive supplier results in quality, delivery, cost. Develop, integrate and manage preferred suppliers to meet business requirements.

 Responsible for Supplier Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan execution.
 负责供应商风险评估和风险减轻计划执行。
 Leads R&D communications related to the commodity and facilitates the identification and evaluation of new materials or technologies to cover current and potential future BEC requirements.
 主导相关商品的早期研发沟通，促进新物料或者新技术是否已包括当前或者潜在的未来公司的要求的识别和评估。
 Support Supplier for the sampling and CQP (Component Qualification Process) for new design or design change.
 给与供应商指导并支持新设计或者设计变更所需样品制作以及CQP流程。
 Implement localization and cost reduction project proactively. Drive annual productivity through value engineering improvement, process improvement & negotiations
积极主动的推进国产化及成本节约项目。通过价值工程改进，过程改进以及谈判来提升年度生产力。
 Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and regular supplier reviews for all strategic suppliers within commodity.
 主导供应商关系管理，以及相关商品的战略供应商定期业务回顾。
 Lead Supplier QDC overall performance improvement activities
 主导供应商的改进活动，包括质量，价格，交期等等。
 Interacts with site material/planning teams
能和公司的物料和计划部门良好合作
 Other tasks assigned by leader
