岗位职责
任职要求：
3-5年以上多家公司hse工作经验,有新项目经验者优先
英语口语和书面语都是强制性的工作语言
岗位职责：
支持项目团队,确保适当考虑hse要求并提供相关交付成果.
更新并执行hse覆盖要求,作为项目总体概念合规要求的一部分,主要职责如下:
lead epcm hse and gc hse to ensure safety on construction site and build up and improve safety culture
lead for hse permit internal & external including
environmental, safety & occupational health three simultaneous assessment (pre-assessment, design assessment and acceptance assessment)
strong support to deliver hse related permit including acceptance of firefighting, lightning protection design, water discharge permit, special equipment, biosafety laboratory filing etc.
follow up the ecological and sustainability assessment to deliver ecological and sustainability design and execution in project
corporate with internal and external related hse&s functions to build up efficiency and compliance hse management system including but not limited to:
lead hse assessment including msa(machinery safety assessment) ,epp (explosion protection and prevention), lsa (laboratory safety assessment),ohsra(occupational health and safety risk assessment ),ffp(fire fighting protection), bio-safety assessment, ceac (chemical exposure assessment and control) ai in waste water etc.
lead to update apmf ( asset and process master file) to carry out pha (process hazard analysis) review with pps practitioner and deliver a3 & a4 certificate
create new site hse sops, emergency response plan and implement hse training
review and update material sds and create chemical matrix
security management, responsible for cctv, special chemical (highly toxic, precursor, explosive, psychotropic) management
1.领导epcm hse和gc hse,确保施工现场的安全,建立和完善安全文化
2.hse许可证内外部负责人,包括
a.环境、安全和职业健康三同时评价(预评价、设计评价和验收评价)
b.大力支持交付hse相关许可证,包括消防验收、防雷设计、排水许可证、特种设备、生物安全实验室备案等.
c.跟进生态和可持续性评估,在项目中提供生态和可持续发展设计和执行
3.与内部和外部相关的hse&s职能部门合作,建立高效合规的hse管理体系,包括但不限于:
a.领导hse评估,包括msa(机械安全评估)、epp(防爆和预防)、lsa(实验室安全评估),ohsra(职业健康安全风险评估)、ffp(消防)、生物安全评估、ceac(化学暴露评估和控制)废水人工智能等.
b.领导更新apmf(资产和过程主文件),与pps从业者一起进行pha(过程危害分析)审查,并提交a3和a4证书
c.制定新的现场hse sop、应急响应计划,并实施hse培训
d.审查和更新材料sds并创建化学矩阵
e.安全管理,负责闭路电视监控、特种化学品(剧毒、易制毒、爆炸物、精神药品)管理
工作要求:
hse related bachelor degree
more than 5 years hse working experience in multiple company, new projects experience is preferred
both oral and written english is mandatory working language
