岗位职责:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Communications Specialist. Your primary role will focus on internal communications, acting as a key bridge between company leadership and our colleagues in China. You will develop and execute high-quality internal communication strategies and content that enhance colleague engagement, strengthen the culture, and ensure every colleague is informed and aligned with company strategy, business updates, and key messages. In addition to internal communications, this role will also support other external communications as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Communications and Channel Management
o Plan and execute colleague engagement campaigns to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
o Manage and promote all internal communication channels to ensure effective message penetration, including both online and offline channels.
2. Content Development
o Internal Communications: Develop compelling, on-brand content for colleague engagement campaigns, executive communications posts/messages, and standardized communications toolkits.
o External Communications Support: Assist with CSR campaigns, corporate press releases, and daily news monitoring and management.
3. Project & Event Management
o Lead/support project management for key campaigns, including the annual leadership meeting, town halls, and other communications activities.
o Provide content and logistical support/coordination.
o Manage visual design and content production to ensure high-quality output.
o Support the execution of internal communication channel promotions.
4. Internal Communications Infrastructure Build-up and Maintenance
o Contribute to the development and maintenance of the China Internal Communications guidelines and standard processes.
o Manage vendors, including internal communication retainer vendors and design vendors.
o Administer the WeCom platform, including account verification, new hire and termination updates, and ad-hoc requests from colleagues.
o Moderate and manage the Viva Engage community to drive participation and positive engagement.
