Function: Training Strategy Lead
The Bilingual Training Facilitator & Strategy Expert serves as a key interface between the business and learning teams, ensuring the development and delivery of tailored training programs in Chinese that meet strategic goals and audience needs. They will also assume responsibilities related to managing and delivering interactive training sessions, supporting audience engagement, and measuring training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Act as a performance and learning consultant, aligning training content and delivery with business objectives across regions.
• Develop and implement training strategies, customizing approaches to cultural and linguistic contexts in Chinese.
• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, including managing group dynamics and handling audience inquiries
• Support translation and adaptation of training materials to maintain cultural relevance and accuracy.
• Create and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for SMEs supporting onsite training.
• Upload training materials into LMS or shared platforms.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collect feedback and monitor training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Work with project managers to ensure training plans are aligned with overall business and regional goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to local trainers and facilitators when necessary.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
