职位
You will be responsible for the second level technical support, application technical management and monitoring, assist National projects
Your key responsibilities:
● Provide the second level technical support, solve the main troubleshooting case
● Organize the application team to conduct workshop, share the experience, enhance team service capability
● Solve application / product problems promptly and completely
● Formulate and maintain the product and customer technological document management system and process
● Set up the standardized workflow and strategy for customer training and customer visiting
● In charge of product usage training file management, update, editing and related service, product and customer notice
● Communicate with Global, exchange the technical message on time, deliver summary to local colleagues
● Execute the SOP and company strategy, coordinate with sales and marketing department
● Provide the second level support to the evaluation of products for customers
● Assist the application specialist to support the customers in the interpretation of test results
Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should holds at least Bachelor degree or above in Molecular Biology/ Medical Laboratory/ Medical Pathology/Life Science or equivalent professional. Good presentation skill, analytic skill and training skill.
You should have:
● Good track record for working in a MNC company for more than five years, with related work experience in sales & application support.
